What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery depends on where you are located. Costs will be calculated at checkout!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa) PayPal should be introduced soon..

How long will delivery take?

Once your order is placed on our website, we start making your order which takes from 1 to 2 business days (Processing). We then hand over your parcel to the couriers and delivery then depends on the courier option you selected when placing your order. You will receive an email from the couriers with you’re tracking number and estimated day of arrival once your order is on the way.

Why haven't I received my slime yet?

There can be multiple reasons for this.

1) We have not picked up your payment yet. We only make orders once we receive payment, and therefore sending proof of payment is crucial in order to speed up the process of receiving your slime.

2) We might have received your payment, but the incorrect reference was used and therefore we cannot tie your payment to your order. Please email us. Always ensure that the correct reference is used when making payment (your order number).

3) We might have received your payment but we do not have an order for your. This could happen when no order is submitted on our website. You will always receive an automatic confirmation email from us when you have submitted your order.

4) We do not have online payment facilities on our website, and therefore an offline EFT payment needs to be made before we can make your order.

5) With big orders, sometimes additional courier bags need to be purchased before your order can be sent.

6) Incorrect address details can often delay orders, and therefore always make sure that the correct address is entered (including suburb).

7) Always make sure a reliable contact number is given when placing your order. Often we need to get hold of you, or the couriers need to get hold of you..

8) If you feel that your order took more than it reasonably should (4-7 days), Please Contact us using the contact form to the right.

Can I buy slime at your store?

We are an online store only and all slimes are made to order. We do not sell from our physical store address and also don’t have ready-made slimes available for purchase.
